He was predeceased by: his parents, George Calvert and Opal Calvert; and his sister Barbara (Horace). He is survived by: his wife Oleta Calvert; his daughters, BeverLee of Tulsa and Deanna of Oklahoma City; his stepchildren, Linda, Susan and Dan (Martha); his stepgrandchildren, Cassandra, Christopher, Cody, David, Kelsey, Ted, Kaitlin, Susannah, Samuel, Benjamin and Tamzen; and his extended family, William, Sharron and Anthony. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
