He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon McAllister and Alice McAllister. He is survived by: his wife Leslie McAllister; his children, Ryan and Lauren McAllister; and his brothers, Gordon and Kevin McAllister.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making donations to Tunnels to Towers and the American Cancer Association, two causes that held significance for Douglas McAllister.
