He is survived by: his wife Debra Kearns (Moore); his children, Nikki Nicole Spencer (James) and Steven Philip Kearns; his grandchildren, Brian Allen, Haley Nicole and Kevin James Spencer; his brothers, Douglas Wayne Kearns and Steven Lee Kearns; his siblings' children, Kelli, Jess, Bayan, Kathrin, Virginia, Michaelanne, Clarissa, Wayne, Michael, Douglas, Ethan, Tyler and Christopher; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Naomi, Anabelle, Suzy, Jayden, Kaleah, Arabella, Skyla, Emma, Echo, Emmrys, Logan, Preston, Gunnar, Samuel, Emmanuel, Reagan, Noah and William.
