He was predeceased by: his parents, George Donaghey and Catherine Marie White (Burks); and his wife Sandra Alene Medlock. He is survived by: his children, William White (Deanna) of Terlton and Tonya Victory of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Cody Victory, William White, Lucas Woodhurst and Logan White; and his great grandchild Mason Victory. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home (108 W Delaware St, Cleveland, OK 74020). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
