He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivers Theodore and Hattie Elizabeth West (Mayfield); his in-laws, John William and Jewel Elsie Wolfe; his brother Robert West; his brothers-in-law, Lloyd Wolfe and Keith Thurman; his sister Lanie West; and his daughter Mary West.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol; his children, Deana Reese (Rickey), Stephanie Dacus (James) and Michael West (Heather); his grandchildren, Ashley, Lindsay Reese, Brittney Williams (Bo), Kylee West, Trey, John Dacus and Chanc West; his siblings, Ted West (Maggie), Richard West (Beth), Martha Thurman, Vicki Willhite (Rick), Sandra Willhite (Don), Carol Gulley (Keith) and Cheryl Randolph (Curtis); and his sisters-in-law, Johnnie Bowman (Lawrence) and Debbie Lee (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at 619 E 10th St, Sand Springs, OK 74063. A burial will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Sand Springs, OK 74063).
