He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Kame and Dorothy Marie Kame; and his siblings, Ernest "Rod" Kame, Billy Kame, Wilma Morris and Thelma Griffith.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Fay Kame (Wilson); his children, James Kame (Bonnie) of Sand Springs and Mary Ann Trotter (Jason) of Sand Springs; his brother Jimmie Ray Kame; his grandchildren, Skeet, Sissy, Jessica, Jacelyn and Jaxon; and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Logan, Brylee, Kason, Jenson and Jaxton.
