She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Parks and Ida Belle Parks (Williams); her husband Ralph Alvin Nelson; her daughter Darlene Anderson; her granddaughter Shellie Sparks; and her siblings, Henry Parks, Emmitt Parks, Frank "Dune" Parks, Jr., Christine Hobbs and Ruth Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Dwain A. Nelson (Mary) and Devona R. Allison; her grandchildren, Shawn Rose, Kristi Fairchild (Jason), Nathan Nelson (Mary), Nicholas Nelson (Natalie) and Natalie Kurr (Jon); her great grandchildren, Brandon Fairchild, Kristian Fairchild (Makenzie), Colton Sparks, Cody Sparks, Myka Nelson, Khloe Nelson, Kipton Nelson, Nora Nelson, Macy Nelson, Makenzie Nelson, Breanna Kurr, Cameron Kurr and Isaac Kurr; and her great great grandchildren, Scottie Jo Fairchild and Delainey Renee Rose Sparks.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service (211 E Broadway St, Sand Springs, OK 74063). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Woodland Memorial Park (1200 N Cleveland Ave, Sand Springs, OK 74063).
