He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Carter Phillips and Lessie M. Phillips (Patterson); and his son Kenneth R. Phillips. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Harris (Kim) of Sand Springs and Terry L. Greene (Chris) of Lawrenceville, Georgia; his granddaughters, Jessica Bagley (Cameron) and Erin Higgins (Derrick); his great grandchildren, Joseph Bagley, Tristin Barnes and Bailey Barnes; and his close friend Sue Miller.
