He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Clyde Hollingshead and Tula Hollingshead (Lay); his son Charles Ray "Charley" Hollingshead; and his siblings, Don Hollingshead, Tim Hollingshead, Alva Hollingshead, Wade Hollingshead, Barbara Burton, Melva Hoover and Alan Hollingshead.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hollingshead; his daughter Andrea Lynn Bain (Brannon); his grandchildren, Liam Bain and Alyssa Bain; and his brother Jim Hollingshead (Mary Jo). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
