He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Foley and Winonda Foley (Wilson); his wife Janice McDaniel; and his siblings, Jack, Anita "Skeet" Pulliam and Gloria "Toodle" Hedges.

He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Goleman (Russell) and Kim Jones (Chris); his grandchildren, Heather Willis, Darci Merritt (Heath) and Bo Jones (Haley); his great grandchildren, Rylee Willis and Avery Merritt; and his close friend Eleanor Jessee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
