He was predeceased by: his parents, Toby Swafford and Leota Swafford of Sand Springs; and his brother Ray Swafford. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Rogers (Randy), Lori Shadwick (Jerry) and James Swafford (Marla); his sister Lawauna Swafford; his grandchildren, Halee Swafford, Austin Shadwick, Chance Shadwick, Ashley Collins, Caleb Swafford and Makenzie Swafford; and his nephews, Chris, Mark and Nathan Swafford. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
