He is survived by: his significant other Martina Hernandez; his children, Perla Carrazco (Miguel Navarrete) and Sergio Carrazco; his parent Eva Carrazco; his siblings, Cesear Carrazco (Maria Eugenia), Anastasio Ortiz, Jamie Ortiz (Melissa Ortiz), Lourdes Ortiz and Laticia Ortiz; and his extended family, Luis Amaya, Maria Acosta and Juana Cruz.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service (211 E Broadway St, Sand Springs, OK 74063).
