He was predeceased by: his father Jesse E. Horsley; and his uncle Chester Ray. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Horsley (Brandy) of Murfreesboro, TN and Jessica Wade (Pat) of Shelbyville, TN; his grandchildren, Samantha Horsley, Tyler Horsley, Makayah Webb, Amira Horsley and Halie Burgess; his cousin Nancy Brandle (Kenny); his family Elvis; and his close friend Pete.
