She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jefferson Evans and Bessie Leoan Evans (Epps); her husband Dean Cormack; her son Bill Cormack; and her siblings, Lyle Evans (Anita) of Ponca City and Arlis Boley of Cushing.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mona Butts (Charles), Neta Dunn of Sand Springs and Ted Evans (Debbie) of Agra, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service (211 E Broadway St, Sand Springs, OK 74063). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Olivet Baptist Church (155 N 65th W Ave, Tulsa, OK 74127).
