He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua and Gertrude Seay; and his wife Rebecca. He is survived by: his son David Seay of Sand Springs, OK; his sister Wilma Winterbower of Sapulpa, OK; his grandchildren, Matthew, Farrah Seay, Jamey and Stephen Halcomb of Tulsa, OK; his niece Deborah Daniels; his nephew Joel Copeland of Kaw City, OK; and his great-nieces, Misty Daniels Bass and Marnie Clark. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
