He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia June Rotramel (Buster); his pet Sammy; his wife Shirley Rotramel; his father Raymond Rotramel; his stepdaughter Donna; his granddaughter Cassidy Rotramel; and his sister Loretta Rotramel.
He is survived by: his sister Judy Steed; and his children, Robbie North (Ronald North), David Rotramel, Pamela Stewart, Jamie Erwin, Lisa Belcher, Charles Dean Rotramel, Michael Rotramel (Ellie Rotramel) and Dewayne Rotramel. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family.
