He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith; his children, Twila Smith, Teresa Smith, Marcia Fixico, Lisa Turvey (Bradley Turvey) and Wesley Earl Smith (Tommie); his grandchildren, Cody Howard (Michele), Chris Howard, Jeremy Kolakawski, Dustin Kolakawski, Billy Fixico, Charles T. Smith Levi Turvey, Slade Turvey, Brody Turvey, Traci McCann (Matt), Devanee Manns (Fixico) and Naomi Smith; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Aiden, George Howard, Mason McCann and Kinsley McCann; and his brothers, Burley Smith (Anita) and Freddy Smith (Debbie).
