He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Westlake and Faye Westlake; his wife Gerry Jo Jackson; his siblings, Bryan Jr., Robert, Scotty and Ruby Moeller (Harold); and his granddaughter Megan Nicholson.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Westlake, Danny Westlake (Jana), Randy Westlake (Kim Butler) and Janie Huff (Tim); his grandchildren, Curtis Westlake (Khris), Tawnya Atkisson, Cassy Huff and Ty Huff; his great grandchildren, Everlee Nicholson, Silas Nicholson, Jack Westlake and Nora Kate Westlake; and his sister Marjorie DeArmon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
