He is survived by: his mother Nancy Lugo of Tulsa; his child Reagan McGehee (Matthew McGehee) of Sapulpa; his wife Jenny; his children, Kyler Lugo (Lexis) of Sapulpa and Kenley Lugo of Sapulpa; his sister Terri Wells of Tulsa; his mother-in-law Debra Jones of Sapulpa; his sister-in-law Tonya Rose of Sapulpa; and his granddaughters, Avery, Chloe, Lillian, Millie and Raelyn McGehee. He is also survived by six nephews and one niece and many other family members and friends.
