He is survived by: his wife Carrie Dickinson; his children, Wayne Dickinson, Cody Dickinson and Amber Peterson; and his siblings, Jarrett Dickinson, Eulene Hollingsworth, Melinda Parish and Andrea Huff (Robert). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
