He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Victor Russell and Dovie Marie Russell (Butcher); and his siblings, Mac Russell (Lydia), Bobbie Russell (Naomi), Johnny Russell, Jimmy Russell, Toni Keeling (Bonnie), Teen Wade (Harold) and Annie Lawrence (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife LaNell Russell; and his children, Chuck Russell (Naomi), Shari Golden and Cheryl Pearce (Robert). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
