He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Gloden and Ruth Gloden; his sister Bonnie Birkle; and his grandsons, Dustin Koal Clark and Ryker Grey Addison.

He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Terryll Gloden (Debbie) of Texas, Kimberly Clark (Tom) of Cushing, Chris Addison of Sapulpa, Joseph Addison (Shayla) of Mounds and Teresa Bailey (Jeff) of Sapulpa; his grandchildren, Gary, Ruth, Analys, Hannah, Nicolas, Julian, Kaylee, Brooklynn, Lainey, Garrett, Remi, Jase, Luka, Ava, Evan, Dax, Jordan, Morgan, Paxton and Cooper; and his great grandchildren, TJ, Saya, Morgan, Lincoln, Sevagoth, Aiden, Rowan, Memphis, Adalynn, Lila and Bryce. He is also survived by 5 children, 21 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Oklahoma Farriers Association Injured Farriers Fund; The Footprint Foundation (in memo: TLC Hospice); and/or Sapulpa Methodist Church.
