He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kelsey and Marion Kelsey; and his brother Jimmie Kelsey. He is survived by: his wife Gerry Morris; his children, Lisa Hites (Frank), Karen Wilson (Kent) and Scott Kelsey (Jennifer); and his sisters, Joy and Patty. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and their spouses; seventeen great grandchildren.
