She was predeceased by: her former husband Thomas S Carlyle; her daughter Mary Lou Carlyle; her parents, Josephine M Brosius-Dabulski and Bruno G Dabulski; and her siblings, Mamie M Dabulski-Sempert and Raymond F Dabulski.
She is survived by: her children, Helen L Phillips of Tulsa, OK, J Elsie Perigo (Paul) of Sand Springs, OK, Thomas K F (Mandy) of Germany and M Jill Jordan (George) of Columbia, MO; her grandchildren, Samantha (Austin), Nikki (Jason), JD (Kayla), Johnny (Lainey), Summer, Karl, Isaiah and Adreonna; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Chassis, Rosie, Layla, Logan and Gunner.
