She is survived by: her children, Gerri Boaz of Sapulpa, OK and Steve Vance; her daughter-in-law Tiffany Vance of Platteville, WI; her granddaughter Kim Bodine (Bill Manna); her great grandchildren, Donovan Bodine, Vanessa Bodine, Cameron Bodine, Lexi Manna and Mason Manna; and her great great grandchildren, Kenzi and Kylan.
She donated her physical remains to Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
