He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Tammy Wilson of Claremore, Herbert Don Tilley II, Mark Tilley of Winchester and Brent Tilley of Tulsa; his sister Ruby Stevenson of Tulsa; his grandsons, Matthew and Michael Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Emily, Madison, Maycie and Michael Rogers.
