She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy "Jack" Nelson and Ruth Ella Nelson (Gann); her husband Harold H. Hays; and her stepchildren, Deborah A. Hays, Paul D. Hays and Michael O. Hays.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry A. Hays of Tulsa and Jeff H Hays (Shannon Hays) of Sand Springs; her stepson Thomas G. Hays of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Regan Hays of Sand Springs and Jack Hays of Sand Springs; and her stepgranddaughter Mellissa L Mulligan of Mounds.
