Oats, Jr.; her siblings, Patsy Hackworth (Jack), Billie Hardy, Doris White and Walter Fisher (Brenda); her daughter Carisa Smith (Chad); her grandchildren, Ella, Harison and Crosley; and her son Jason Oats. She is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews, 28 great nieces and nephews, 8 great-great nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
