She is survived by: her brother Keith Mattison (Shawna) of Tulsa; her daughters, Lindsey Tolentino and Kamber Horton; her grandchildren, Amelia, Alex, Dominick, Malachi and Ava; her niece Lacey Kanipe (Justin); and her nephews, Ramsey Mattison (Christy) and Chase Mattison.
