She was predeceased by: her husband Theron "Bud" Spurlock, Jr.; her son Kendall Spurlock, Sr.; and her great grandchild Nolan. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Spurlock (Sheryl) and Tim Spurlock (Joy); her grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Natasha, Stephanie, Ronnie and Kendall Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Joseph, Jacob and Bailey Grace.
