He is survived by: his children, Sharon, Steve, Rhonda, Rick and Field; his wife Ruby Cunningham of Sapulpa; his children, Michelle Schultz (David) of Western Nebraska, Michael Cunningham (Kelsey) of Jenks and Amanda Raby (Dauane) of Sapulpa; his sisters, Sharon Eilar (Dwane) of Lebanon and Rhonda Kirk of Lebo; and his friends, Perry Powell and Jack Anson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
