She was predeceased by: her parents, William Melvin Howell and Ethel Neoma Howell (Stubblefield); and her grandson Zarek Fanning. She is survived by: her daughters, Charity Fanning and Kristina Hillhouse (Thomas Hillhouse); her grandchildren, Kamry Ward (Travis Ward) and Dakota Hillhouse; and her great grandchildren, Arthur Ward, Jameson Ward and Zayden Fanning.

In lieu of a service, Peggy's family kindly requests donations to Open Door Fellowship, 405 E Taft, Sapulpa, Ok 74066, to support flower planting this Spring in her honor and food distribution to those in need, perpetuating her legacy of love and kindness.
