He is survived by: his children, Chadwick Morgan Chalk (Sherry McCans Chalk) and Stephanie Susanne Chalk Watkins (Scott Watkins); his brother-in-law Clyde "Sonny" Brown; his grandsons, Clay Allen Watkins (Kaitlin) and Cal Hayden Watkins (Josephine Hickerson); his great grandchildren, Hayden Scott Watkins and Ariya Elaine Watkins; his nephews, Ricky Strain and Randy Strain; and his niece Christine Williams.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Green Hill Cemetery (400 E Teel Rd, Sapulpa, OK 74066).
