It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Wayne Toliver of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 22, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Toliver and Walcie Toliver; his wife Gwen Cossey; his siblings, Tommy Toliver, Jim Toliver and Carolyn Crawford; and his great grandchild Athens Jordan Guthrie.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Patterson (Tony) and Darin Toliver (Narissa); his grandchildren, Benjamin Patterson (Kelsi), Lorenda Goodman (Benjamin), Trevor Toliver (Sara) and Courtney Guthrie (Ansley); his great grandchildren, Hadley, Tatum, Haven, Talon, Acre, Jack and Ivy; and his sister Marilyn Gilbert (Paul). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
