He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Toliver and Shirley Jean Stephens; his brother James Rodney Toliver; and his father-in-law Monte Nunley. He is survived by: his wife Debi; his daughters, Monica Childress (Jerry) of Jay, Valerie Hilburn (Brian) of Sapulpa and Tiffany Marshall (Andrew) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Samantha, Toby, Madelyn, Livie, Anderson and Audrey; and his mother-in-law Sandi Nunley. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
