He is survived by: his father Ted Bock; his wife Kimberly; his sons, Teddy Dwight Jr., Ronnie Kelly (Olivia) and Austin Kelly (Kelsey); his sisters, Colleen Probst (Marvin) and Karen Williams (Curtis); his uncle Ronnie; and his aunt Jeanie Bock. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
