He is survived by: his wife Emilee Jo Carter; his children, Daniel DeLong (Brooke), Haylee Wiseman (Jason) and Julee DeLong (Mike Clark); his grandchildren, Gracelynn DeLong, Jake Wiseman, Tomi LaFevers, Annie Jones (Jacob), Abbey Wiseman, Logan DeLong and Hannah DeLong; and his siblings, Ronny DeLong, Charles DeLong (Lisbeth), Theresa Jones (Ron), Stanley DeLong (Rhonda), Kevin DeLong (Patty) and Janie Elledge (Monty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the scholarship fund being established in honor of Tom through Scout Troop 224.
