He is survived by: his mother Patsy Whitehead; his wife Glenda Davis; his children, Andrea Cox of Jenks, Crystal Sell (Justin Kelso) of Sapulpa, Robert Birner (Angela) of Sand Springs, Courtney Thoene (Pierre) of Sapulpa and Travis "Jake" Davis (Jo Salinas) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Trinity Sutterfield, Anthony Sell, Areana Thoene, Olivia Birner, Zoey Sell, Elliana Thoene, Riley Birner, Paisley Cox, Kenai Salinas and Tatum Thoene; his siblings, Shawnna Carroll (Jimmie) of Sapulpa and Matt Davis of Sapulpa; his nephews, Jimmy Carroll (Casey) and Josh Carroll; and his niece Brandi Carroll.
