He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Warren Heath and Estella M. Havens Heath; and his siblings, Warren Heath, Arlene Duke, Mary Walden, Minnie Horn and Phyllis Beaty.
He is survived by: his sons, Brock Aaron Heath of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and Willis Dale Heath Jr. (Tracy Wilson) of Sapulpa; and his grandson Dakota Heath (Haley Heath) of Perry, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by his friends, and family.
