He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Eloise (Staples) and Glenn Wiley Moseley; his former wife Wanda Lou (Taylor); his siblings, Ronnie, Gary Moseley and Lila Sears; his nephews, Brian Winter and Michael Moseley; and his niece Terry Sears.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his stepchildren, Sherry Beckmon (Johnny) of Minco, OK and Mike Rice of Sayre, OK; his grandchildren, Brody Rice (Katie), Shandra Craft (Jeremy), Trevor Johnson (Rebecca) and Summer Rice (Tristan Nix); his great grandchildren, Harper, Hayes Rice, Sylar and Stryker Neal; his sister Linda Depron of Sayre, OK; his nieces, Katonia Addington (Rick) of Sayre, OK, Adrian Mason of Oklahoma City, OK and Keshia Walker of Elk City, OK; and his nephew Joshua Mason of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Affordable Cremation Service-West Sayre (701 Iowa Ave, Sayre, OK 73662). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Refuge Church (18304 E 1140 Road @, Bkk, Sayre, OK 73662). A graveside service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lone Oak Cemetery.
