She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Eugene and Olene Lena Putman (Basler); and her brothers, Billy Putman, Larry Putman and Bobby Putman.
She is survived by: her close friend Donnie Dail of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and her children, Bodie Hoover of Elk City, Oklahoma, Charlotte Ann Trissell of Oklahoma City, Angela Trissell of Warren and Elisha Maurine Fisher of Watonga, Oklahoma. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
