We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2023, at the age of 81, Roger Piner of Seiling, Oklahoma, born in Willard, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, David Piner and Mattie Ruth Piner. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Piner of Seiling, Oklahoma.; his children, David Piner (Donna) of Lexington, ReBecca Bensch (Chad) of Chester, Oklahoma, Kat Taylor (Brandon) of Sneads Ferry and Bobbi Jean Rochelle (Bobby) of Surf City; and his brother Larry Piner (Bonnie) of Spartanburg, SC.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
