He was predeceased by : his parents, William Cecil and Minnie Pierce (Wood); and the mother of his children Debbie Cecil. He is survived by : his close friend Peggy Haworth; his children, Brandy Cecil, Billy Cecil and Bonnie Cecil; his caregiver Christine McKee; his siblings, Chad Cecil and Janet Simons; his brother-in-law Randy; his sister Kesandra Sneed; his stepchildren, Ginger, Pamela, Eric and David; and his pets, Tammy and Dolly. He is also survived by siblings including his sister.
