He is survived by : his wife Peggy Dale Ditmore; his children, Blair Anthony Cowart (Hannah) and Daylee Rhea Cowart; his friend Jack Milam; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Baker and Brooks; his siblings, Michael Cowart, Tama Cross and Susan Spencer; and his grandson Daryn. He is also survived by other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
