He was predeceased by : his parents, Tommy Gene Middelton and Edith Ann Middleton-Cleary (Anglen); his daughter Mandi Middleton; and his parents-in-law, Dave and Juanita Branham.

He is survived by : his wife Raina Middleton; his children, Tanya Hunt and Jonna Hilton; his grandchildren, Shyanne Hunt, Ethan Hunt, Kaylee Hunt, Hailee Hunt, Laicyn Hunt, Amatha Fack, Chris Hollan, Jo Jo Hollan, Rebecca Firmin, Keira Burch, Kyndall Burch, Zoe Burch and Rodie Gower; his great grandchildren, Axel Kean and Harper Hunt; his brother James Middleton (Debbie); his nieces and nephews, Shayla Griggs, Jamie Burch, Rachelle Burch, Michelle Garcia, Kim Shiflett, Justin Burch, James Burch and Jesse Hurd; his aunt Willie Dickerson; his cousins, Jane Wilson, Jana Taylor and Jerry Middleton; and his sister-in-law Regina Huddleston (Kip). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
