She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Thompson and Margaret Thompson; her former husband Jerry Cotter; her husband Samuel Pingelton; and her grandson Daniel Hightower.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bichler (Peter) of Lindale, Teresa Hightower (Bret) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Samuel Dale Pingelton Jr. (Catherine) of Sentinel and Caleb Pingelton of Yukon, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Andy Thompson and Janet McEwen. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
