He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lesley of Sentinel, OK.; his children, Nick Lesley (Melanie) of Altus, OK and Marty Lesley (Heather) of Sentinel, OK.; his grandchildren, Ethan, Aydan, Dylan, Will, Noah and Milli; his brother-in-law Tommy Wall (Kim); and his nephews, Phil Brown, Steve (Michelle Brown) and Derrick (Vickie Lesley, family: Daniel, Tera Lesley, Dustin, Toni Lynn Lesley, Tim, Shannon Cox, Ryan McMullen, Raleigh, Blaire Wall). He is also survived by Family, Daniel & Tera Lesley and Family.
