He is survived by: his mother Nellie Fern Wood of Shady Point, Oklahoma; his children, Cassie Adkins, Austin of Yukon, Paul Sinyard, Myra of Bethany, Jake Sinyard and Shannon of Bartlett, Illinois; his sister Leah Culwell (Jerry); his grandchildren, Kelvin Adkins, Jazmine, Kalysta Sinyard, Lincoln Townsend, Theodore Townsend and Rowan Townend; his nephews, JW Culwell and Jody Whitworth; and his great-niece Ashton Culwell.
