She is survived by: her children, Angie Olsen (Art) of Shady Point, Oklahoma. and Kevin Pennington (Laura) of Booneville, Arkansas.; her brother Koen Sykes of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Addy Smith, William Smith, Kyle Green, Dylan Olsen, Rebekah Olsen, Zoey Olsen, Ava Olsen and Sean Pennington; and her great grandchildren, Mike Nelson, Mason Smith and Aeris Green.
