He is survived by: his sister Eunice Starbuck; his stepchildren, Marva Salisbury and Leland Cole; Marilyn, Denise, Gayla, Kendall, Melody, Aaron, Krista, Dale, Sandy, Marva, Shannon, Sharolyn, Sharla, Leland, Cary and Chad. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
